Shipping Delivery

Orders require up to 2-3 business days to be processed for shipping, pending availability and credit card verification. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been placed. Returns Policy

The following applies for Australian based returns, for International returns please visit the International Orders section. Loungewear Republic is not liable for incorrect shipping details or returned goods. Any additional expenses due to incorrect delivery details is the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind purchases

You are allowed to return items within 14 days of receiving them. All returns must be kept in the same way they have been received as much as possible. Only return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Tags that have been cut off will not be allowed to be issued for the return. Return shipping for “change of mind” purchases will incur a cost that varies between $10-$20aud.

Defected item purchases

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and attach an image of the fault. You can do this by going to the Contact Us page and filling out this online form. Otherwise you. can send us an email to Once our team has received the request about the defective item, a shipping label will be processed for you free of charge and we request the item to be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. You can either receive a replacement or a refund at your choice.

Create a Return

Unhappy with your item? You can head to the Contact Us page and fill out the online form to direct you to creating a return. You can either receive a replacement or a refund at your choice. Returns that are classified as a defective item, a store credit or refund will be issued to you once reviewed, you will need to attach photos of the damaged items when creating this return.
